Refund policy

Eva’s Elements does not accept any returns or exchanges on PERSONALIZED items. If the customer receives an item in which we made a mistake, Evas a Elements will send the correct item at no cost to the customer or issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be sent in time for the event. The personalization of each product must be guaranteed by the purchaser prior to order submission. In the event that you received a product that is not correct, you have the option to return it for a full refund or we will replace the item with the correct product.

If you have received an order from us that is incorrect, you have three (3) days to contact us from the time the product is delivered. Please contact me at evalacey831@yahoo.com. Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item. We will not accept any claims after three (3) days. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if an incorrect size was ordered, so be sure to review all size charts prior to ordering.
